My name is Ritu, I have a background in Ayurvedic Medicine, Detoxification, and Colon Hydrotherapy. I was always drawn to alternative methods of healing from a very young age because of my own struggles and challenges. I feel that when we go through adversity and choose to rise up that we access our greater Selves. I don't believe in regrets, I personally believe that everything in life that is presented to us is an opportunity for growth.

My passion is to empower and inspire individuals to create their own healing through diet, detox, lifestyle changes, affirmations, and the cultivation of self awareness.

I have studied different healing modalities and received my diplomas and certifications; but I truly believe that school education isn't enough to have a complete understanding of any subject, so I continue educating myself, doing my own research, and questioning what I have been taught with a healthy skepticism. It took me about 20 plus years to really piece it together and I discovered that healing is very simple and intuitive to all of us once we get out of the way, we have simply forgotten this inner wisdom. This is what inspired the name Healing Frequency.

Everything around us has a frequency, a vibration; and it is my goal to empower others to get in touch with this frequency and take control of their own lives... To realize that they are Masters of their destiny and always were.

I am grateful that you have placed your trust in me to share the knowledge I have gained through my own experiences. This is not to say that I know it all, the moment I think that way is the moment I stop growing. I like to think of it this way... we are on this journey together, it is simply a matter of remembering how to attune yourself to this frequency of healing through body, mind, and spirit.
